In today's episode, we are getting to know each other on a deeper level.  My goal this year with the podcast is to be more authentic and share more behind-the-scenes of my life, career, and relationships.  I share some of the words I am looking at for my word of the year and how I strategically use annual, quarterly, and monthly planning to build out my vision board and my daily habits to create my dream life.

I also share how I recommend you structure your goals and throw away the traditional New Years motivation and resolutions to strategic goal setting and strategies to be successful at anything you do, especially in health and fitness.
